Strangers with candy (and underwear): Marvel Enterprises, which the press release describes as "a global character-based entertainment licensing company," has consolidated its licensing agreements into "single marquee partners" for underwear, candy and costumes. That means Hanes will handle all the Spider-Man undies, R.M. Palmer will make all the official Marvel candy, and Disguise will crank out all the Halloween costumes.
