Middle East North Africa Financial Network (say that five times fast) passes along word that BKN International, famous for cartoon series like Legend of the Dragon, plans to set up shop in Singapore as a springboard into Asia. Just a month ago, George Lucas announced he'll start a digital animation studio in Singapore.
