Rising Stars: Tokyopop has announced the winners of its fourth Rising Stars of Manga competition. Andy Helms of Alexandria, Va., won the Grand Prize -- $2,500 in cash, a trophy and a chance to pitch his full-length series to Tokyopop. Dave Iseri of San Luis Obispo, Calif., won second, while Reman Mythology's Amy Kim Ganter received third. (Congratulations, Amy.)
