Six titles revealed for 'Shojo Beat'

Manga News Service (alas, still no permalinks) has more details on the new girls magazine from Viz, Shojo Beat, which is set to debut in June. Six titles, culled from Shueisha, Shogakukan and Hakusensha, will headline the 250- to 300-page magazine, which will retail for $5.99. A free preview issue, No. 0, will be distributed beginning in April. The six titles are:

NANA -- Yazawa Ai (Shueisha)
Beniiro Hero -- Takanashi Mitsuba (Shueisha)
Zettai Kareshi -- Watase Yuu (Shougakukan)
Kaze Hikaru -- Watanabe Taeko (Shougakukan)
Godchild -- Yuki Kaori (Hakusensha)
Akachan To Boku -- Marimo Ragawa (Hakusensha)

Update: Viz has issued an official press release, giving more information on the anthology, the six serials, and a Shojo Beat graphic novel line.
