The Times' 'Notable Books of the Year'

The New York Times Sunday Book Review has compiled its list of "100 Notable Books of the Year," which includes Art Spiegelman's In the Shadow of No Towers, Jonathan Lethem's Men and Cartoons: Stories and Susanna Clarke's Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell.

The Times also archives its lists for previous years, dating back to 1997.
